Q1. How long does the hair last?
Virgin hair last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it.
Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, it can last for one year at least.
Q2. What is the natural color of the hair? Can I dye it?
Our virgin hair comes in natural color, #1B, #2 and #4. It can be dyed and bleached.
Q3: Can they be straightened, curled?
You can use hair straightener or hair curler to restyle the virgin human hair .
However, don't do it too frequently, because the heat make the hair easily get dry and damaged.
Q4. I paid the order yesterday, when will you send the hair?
We will ship the hair within 24 hours after receiving your full payment.
Q5.How long take delivery?
We ship the parcel by Fedex, UPS or DHL. Normally need about 2~3 workdays to USA.
3~4 workdays to UK. And 5~6 workdays to Africa and other countries.
Q6.What is your payment terms?

Q7. How to maintain virgin hair extension?
1. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.
2. Use gel or hair spray to keep the curls in place.
3. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
4. Use styling products minimally to avoid build up.
5. For a “WET”look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water.
7. Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp.
8. Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls.
9. Let hair air-dry.
Tips for human hair extension
These tips can help you keep premium virgin hair looking fabulous and lasting longer.
1. To protect your weft, we suggest you seal your weft. It will eliminate shedding and add longevity to your investment.
2. To prevent tangling problem, do not use some sticky hair oil.
3. Please wear a swim cap when swimming. Because the hair will be damaged by Chlorine water in the pool.
4. AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS. It’s necessary to co-wash the hair after coming back from club or party.
