A: How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it,then normally it could last longer than 1 year.

2. When we get the email, we will be glad to add your name in our return system. You can send the products back in original package to the address on the original shipment. (Note: Any exchange or return products without email to us cannot be accepted.)

3. Exchanged products will be shipped to you as you needed after we get products from you and made sure they are eligible. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we confirmed the returned products were eligible too.
